A Self Study leading the Roots of Religion: It all began as a personal journey to understand our existence — a deep dive into the mind, body, and soul. Over time, these personal explorations evolved into organized cults, and eventually, diverse religions. The multitude of religions emerged from the fundamental human questions: Why Am I Here?  Where Am I Going? And most importantly, Who Am I? Through repeated messages, our quest for self-discovery led us to study our mind, body, and spirit. Anything beyond our understanding led to the concept of God the creator and the protector.  Ancient sages, often seen as wise figures, questioned existence and attained enlightenment. Religion came into play after milestones like the discovery of mathematics or science. Letting go of an old identity, especially one that others associate us with, can be daunting. It takes immense courage to move past a past version of ourselves and face the mistakes we've made, which sometimes linger as visible scars. Yet, it's these very scars that teach us and shape our resilience. Rising from these challenges, much like a phoenix from the ashes, demands unwavering determination.  The climb back up isn't swift, nor is it easy, and there are certainly no shortcuts. But with each step, we learn, we grow, and we emerge victorious. It's in facing these challenges head-on that we evolve, and as we reach the summit, the view is nothing short of splendid. Remember, how we see ourselves is how the world will perceive us—VICTORIOUS, RESILIENT, and EVER-EVOLVING.

I've had an epiphany today. It dawned on me that seeking peace isn't an external quest but an inner discovery. It's a realization that we carry peace within ourselves, not in the places we search. Likewise, our purpose isn't hidden, nor can we follow the path of an ancient sage by living in solitude with nature. It's something that reveals itself in due time, in its own destined moment. Even if we don't comprehend it in this lifetime, there's always the next. Our pursuit should revolve around seeking truth and being compassionate to fellow travelers, understanding that everyone is on their distinctive journey. Reflecting on the Kanha Ashram's depiction of wanderers arriving there as imperfect souls striving for perfection, it struck me that many of these sanctuaries in India and globally offer perspectives and teachings based on their beliefs, yet they can't fully decipher the unique path for each individual. As the year draws to a close, some of us are still carrying grudges and choosing to be dishonest or vengeful instead of making a fresh start. We don't feel guilty or apologize for our actions. We act as if we're better than all of that. But in the grand scheme of things, we're really small compared to God's perspective and the vastness of the universe. We're tinier than our own planet Earth, smaller than ancient trees, mountains, skies, elephants and giraffes. Despite this, we don't feel any shame or take responsibility for our actions.  It's a kind request to put aside our false pride and ego, which only causes harm. Let's apologize and embrace those who matter in our lives. Life's too short to let our egos ruin it. It's time to change, and there's no better moment than now.  As an Omnist and seeker, my quest involves delving into the various religious beliefs existing worldwide and their interconnectedness.  Some claim Islam to be the oldest, while others argue that Hinduism predates it.  Amidst these debates, one undeniable truth stands firm: before any religion, there was the concept of God.  Each religion resonates with a common message of love, non-violence, detachment and non judgemental mindset, aligning their teachings with this fundamental principle leading us to the path of freedom (nirvana)and liberation(moksh) for the true souls journey.  "We are not mind or body.
