 As an Omnist and seeker, my quest involves delving into the various religious beliefs existing worldwide and their interconnectedness.  Some claim Islam to be the oldest, while others argue that Hinduism predates it.  Amidst these debates, one undeniable truth stands firm: before any religion, there was the concept of God.  Each religion resonates with a common message of love, non-violence, detachment and non judgemental mindset, aligning their teachings with this fundamental principle leading us to the path of freedom (nirvana)and liberation(moksh) for the true souls journey.  "We are not mind or body. Letting go of an old identity, especially one that others associate us with, can be daunting. It takes immense courage to move past a past version of ourselves and face the mistakes we've made, which sometimes linger as visible scars. Yet, it's these very scars that teach us and shape our resilience. Rising from these challenges, much like a phoenix from the ashes, demands unwavering determination.  The climb back up isn't swift, nor is it easy, and there are certainly no shortcuts. But with each step, we learn, we grow, and we emerge victorious. It's in facing these challenges head-on that we evolve, and as we reach the summit, the view is nothing short of splendid. Remember, how we see ourselves is how the world will perceive us—VICTORIOUS, RESILIENT, and EVER-EVOLVING.
