Are You In A Unreciprocated Love Affair?

An unreciprocated love affairs are another way a narcissist tries to control you. This happens to alot of strong successful people who get charmed by narcissistic people who treat you like a third wheel in their existing relationship. Making it a toxic love triangle. In today's world, the term "friends with benefits" is mostly related to an unreciprocated love affair. This is usually a no strings attached relationships among friends, colleagues. And narcissist are mostly the ones who will try to initiate such a relationship. 

In such relationships, you will always be the person who constantly there for them when they need a quickie (sexual gratification) day or night, especially when their significant other has no time for them. They know that you weakness is to get their love and attention and a little attention thrown your way will give you the reassurance that you are worthy of their love. They will never commit to you. But you won't be able to say "No" to them either. 

Being in a relationship with a narcissist can be an emotionally draining experience, especially when the feelings are not reciprocated. The narcissist's self-centredness and lack of empathy can make it difficult for you to ever be anything else but a booty call to them. You will never feel like a success nor well respected person as long as you are with them. 

Notice the redflags in this relationship. Such individuals will never be there for you. They will never prioritize you. They will never introduce or recognize you as their partner in public and might even ignore you in front of their peers, colleagues and family members. Especially in front of their significant other. 

By the process of inner child healing, you can heal whatever childhood trauma of abandonment issue you may have gone through. The reasons why we get attracted to such karmic narcissist. You will be able come out more confident and strong in the process and will be able to get over that narcissistic casanova. Don't forget to surround yourself with right friends who will constantly remind you of your self-worthiness.

 If you ignore the signs, you'll be trapped in repetitive karmic cycle, falling for one narcissistic person after the other, and the right love partner will just pass you by.

It's important to remember that, the right person for you does exist. They'll love you for just who you are and won't ask you to change a thing. And you'll love them back just the same. They'll support your growth. They'll hold your hand while you climb up the ladder in your career. And catch you if you fall. They do exist.  And the universe will bring you two together when you're ready to heal (start awakening). And when you both have learnt all the karmic lessons that you need, you both with love & appreciate yourselves & each other even more forever.

In conclusion, unreciprocated love relationship can never have a happy ending, especially if you are a third-wheel in an already existing relationship. It will only lead you upon a devastating road to a heart break. When you can be in a brand new, fresh, no previous baggage relationship with a person, why settle for a second hand lover who'll never reciprocate your feelings nor prioritize you and will never show you off to their family and friends. Why be someone's dirty secret when you can be that special someone to somebody new.
