Gaslighting, A Dangerous Growing Trend.

Gaslighters or narcissist often use lies, denial, and other tactics to make their victims question their sanity and sense of self.

In short they loose track of their own independence & individuality, to an extent that they they can't even recognize themselves in the mirror. 

Gaslighting can happen in any type of relationship, whether it's romantic, familial, or professional. It's important for individuals to be aware of the signs of gaslighting. The red flags 🚩 are domestic violence, constant lying,  domination, manipulation, denying facts, and blaming the victim for things that are not their fault

It's also important to set boundaries and hold gaslighters accountable for their actions.
