Even when you are not blocked, you will still feel so terribly anxious everytime they don't answer your call or you see "No Profile Image" making you think you have done something so unforgivably wrong by not obeying their rules and regulations of a relationship whether it be romantic, friendly or married.
They will make you so dependent on them as you will slowly but gradually become a puppet that says or does things that they like. You will fear expressing your true self with them with the fear of them leaving you again. Even if that person is a very recent contact of 3-4months they will still have the same impact on you, if you don't see the signs.
Thus these experiences can trigger feelings of low self-esteem, self-doubt, and even depression. For individuals who struggle with anxiety, being ghosted or blocked can intensify their symptoms and make it difficult to trust others or form new relationships. It can also lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness, which can further increase mental health issues.

It just takes selflove & selfrealisation which comes from grounding meditation & mindfulness, positive affirmation & manifestation, a right diet and getting a full body health check-up to keep your mind body & soul completely in sync with each other. With continuous practice you will be able to get out of this state of mind & move on with your life & attract the right type of energy whether love or friendship, wealth or power.
